Wuhan’da Ahşap Çatı Formuyla Öne Çıkan Restoran “The Brave Cabin

LUXELAKES, 2023'te Wuhan'daki çocuk oyun alanı içinde konumlanan bu restoranı “Cesur Kulübe" adıyla planlıyor. Küçük kapalı alana rağmen tasarım, gölgeli yarı açık kullanımlar oluşturmayı ve adanın girişinde uzaktan algılanabilir bir siluet üretmeyi hedefliyor. Yapı, masif ahşap çıtalarla kaplanan katmanlı çatı formunu, dört adet bileşik çelik kolon grubunun taşıdığı bir uzay kafes sistemle çözüyor. Üçgen açıklıklar, hem çatı geometrisini tanımlıyor hem de aydınlatma ve iklimlendirme elemanlarını barındırıyor. Kıyı hattına paralel bir yerleşim izleyen yapı, yaklaşım güzergâhında hacmini kademeli olarak açığa çıkarıyor ve çocuk oyun senaryoları ile çevredeki dolaşımı yönlendiriyor. Tasarım, dağ benzeri kütlesi ve güçlü çatı siluetiyle parkın mekânsal hiyerarşisini belirliyor.

LUXELAKES plans to build the restaurant, named “The Brave Cabin," within a children's playground in Wuhan in 2023. Despite the small enclosed space, the design aims to create shaded semi-open areas and produce a silhouette that is visible from afar at the entrance to the island. The structure solves the layered roof form, clad with massive wooden slats, with a space frame system supported by four composite steel column groups. Triangular openings both define the roof geometry and accommodate lighting and climate control elements. Following a layout parallel to the coastline, the structure gradually reveals its volume along the approach route and directs circulation around the site with children's play scenarios. The design establishes the spatial hierarchy of the park with its mountain-like mass and powerful roof silhouette.
