Venedik Bienali’nden Doha’ya uzanan sergi!

QM Gallery Katara'da açılan The Rooted Nomad: MF Husain sergisi, Hindistan'ın en etkili modernistlerinden Maqbool Fida Husain'in yaşamına ve sanatına duyusal bir yaklaşım sunuyor.

Kiran Nadar Sanat Müzesi küratörlüğünde geliştirilen bu sergi, sanatçının hafıza, mitoloji ve göçebe kimliğiyle şekillenen üretim pratiğini, mekânsal bir anlatıya dönüştürüyor.

Venedik Bienali'ndeki ilk sunumun ardından Doha için yeniden tasarlanan proje, sanat, teknoloji ve kültürel hafıza arasındaki geçişleri çağdaş bir sergileme diliyle yeniden yorumluyor.

The Rooted Nomad: MF Husain exhibition, which opened at QM Gallery Katara, offers a sensory approach to the life and art of Maqbool Fida Husain, one of India's most influential modernists.

Curated by the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art, this exhibition transforms the artist's production practice, shaped by memory, mythology and nomadic identity, into a spatial narrative.

Following its initial presentation at the Venice Biennale, the project has been redesigned for Doha, reinterpreting the transitions between art, technology and cultural memory through a contemporary exhibition language.
