Bahçe Üzerinde Doğal Işık ve Manzarayla Bütünleşen Konut Tasarımı

Bahçe üzerindeki çatı katı, dört içe dönük kütlenin peyzajın üzerinde konumlanmasıyla yapı kimliğini oluşturuyor ve bu kütlelerin arasında ters boşluklar meydana geliyor. Açık plan kurgusuyla oluşturulan tasarım, mevcut taşıyıcı sistem korunarak ağır bölücü elemanların kullanımını en aza indiriyor. İç mekânda mahremiyet ve açıklığın dengelendiği alanlar yer alıyor; mobilyaların konumlanışı ise kullanıcı deneyimini ve dış mekânla kurulan ilişkiyi şekillendiriyor. Banyolarda daha yoğun bir renk kullanımı yer alırken, diğer alanlarda açık tonlar ve pürüzsüz yüzeyler devam ediyor. Katları birbirine bağlayan iki merdiven daha koyu renk ve gözenekli dokusuyla mekâna entegre ediliyor Ev, mahremiyeti korurken doğal ışık ve manzarayı iç mekâna dâhil eden bir yaşam kurgusuyla tasarlanıyor.

The rooftop terrace above the garden establishes the building's identity through the positioning of four inward-facing volumes above the landscape, creating inverted voids between them. The design, created with an open plan concept, minimizes the use of heavy partitioning elements while preserving the existing structural system. The interior features areas where privacy and openness are balanced; the placement of furniture shapes the user experience and the relationship with the exterior. While a more intense use of color is found in the bathrooms, light tones and smooth surfaces continue in other areas. Two staircases connecting the floors are integrated into the space with their darker color and porous texture. The house is designed with a living concept that incorporates natural light and views into the interior while maintaining privacy.
