Doğayla uyumlu, sürdürülebilir bir yaşam destekleyen yapı: Pabellón de la Reserva

Mexico City'nin hemen dışında, Reserva Santa Fe'nin kalbinde yer alan Pabellón de la Reserva, doğayla uyumlu ve sürdürülebilir bir yaşam biçimini temsil ediyor. Küçük bir göl ve Otomi-Mexica ormanıyla çevrili proje, doğal çevresini koruyan ve yansıtan bir mimari tasarımla hayata geçiriliyor.


Çok işlevli yapısı, inziva alanı olmanın ötesinde, kültürel etkinlikler, atölyeler ve toplantılar için bir buluşma noktası sunarak topluluk bağlarını güçlendiriyor. Konsol saçakları ve kül yeşili tonlarıyla doğayla bütünleşen pavyon, Otomi kültüründen ilham alınarak tasarlanıyor.


Mimarlık stüdyosu HEMAA tarafından tasarlanan proje, Altın Oran ilkesiyle şekillendirilen mimarisi, pasif iklim kontrol stratejileri ve yenilikçi teknolojileriyle ekolojik sürdürülebilirliği hedefliyor. Güneş enerjisi sistemleri, yağmur suyu toplama ve arıtma sistemleriyle tam özerklik sağlanırken, inşaatta yerel ve çevre dostu malzemeler tercih ediliyor.


Pabellón de la Reserva, araçsız ulaşımı teşvik ederek yaya ve bisiklet yollarını destekleyen sağlıklı bir yaşam tarzını benimseyen bir vizyon sunuyor.

Located just outside Mexico City, in the heart of the Reserva Santa Fe, Pabellón de la Reserva represents a sustainable way of life in harmony with nature. Surrounded by a small lake and the Otomi-Mexica forest, the project is realized with an architectural design that preserves and reflects its natural surroundings.


Beyond being a retreat, its multifunctional structure strengthens community ties by offering a meeting point for cultural events, workshops and meetings. With its cantilevered eaves and ash green tones, the pavilion is inspired by the Otomi culture.


Designed by architecture studio HEMAA, the project aims for ecological sustainability with its architecture shaped by the Golden Ratio principle, passive climate control strategies and innovative technologies. Solar energy systems, rainwater collection and treatment systems ensure full autonomy, while local and environmentally friendly materials are preferred in construction.


Pabellón de la Reserva offers a vision of a healthy lifestyle that encourages car-free transportation and supports pedestrian and bicycle routes.
