Eğime oturan modernist konut yapısı: Moenda’s House

Moenda's House, 2017 yılında São Paulo'ya bağlı Joanópolis'te, 20.000 m²'lik bir arazi üzerinde inşa ediliyor. Yaklaşık %70'i koruma altındaki ormanla kaplı olan arazi, manzaraya hâkim en yüksek kotta konumlanan iki ayrı bloktan oluşuyor. Felipe Rodrigues Arquitetura tarafından tasarlanan projede, ana blok ev sahipleri için, ikinci blok ise misafirler için planlanıyor.


Ana blokta betonarme döşemeler arasında yer alan oturma, TV ve mutfak alanları, geniş konsol çıkmalar ve tavandan tabana cam panellerle çevrili teraslarla dış mekâna açılıyor. Üst katlarda yatak odaları, teraslı bir stüdyo ve teknik hacimler yer alırken, ormana bakan cephede sonsuzluk havuzu konumlanıyor. Misafir bloğu ise banyolu iki yatak odası, yemek alanı ve servis birimlerini barındırıyor.

Moenda's House is being built in Joanópolis, São Paulo, on a 20,000 m² plot of land. Approximately 70% of the land is covered by protected forest and consists of two separate blocks located at the highest point with a commanding view of the landscape. Designed by Felipe Rodrigues Arquitetura, the main block is intended for the owners, while the second block is planned for guests.


In the main block, the living, TV and kitchen areas, located between reinforced concrete slabs, open onto the outdoor space with wide cantilevered projections and floor-to-ceiling glass panels. The upper floors feature bedrooms, a terrace studio, and technical spaces, while an infinity pool is situated on the forest-facing façade. The guest block includes two en-suite bedrooms, a dining area, and service units.
