Eindhoven’ın Strijp-S bölgesinde Haasje Over köprüsüyle dönüşüm güçleniyor

Eindhoven'ın Strijp-S bölgesinde, eski Philips endüstri alanının dönüşümüne güçlü bir katkı sunan Haasje Over, VMX Architects tarafından tasarlandı ve 2021'de tamamlandı.


Projenin en dikkat çekici ögesi, konut kulesini komşu Anton binasına bağlayan çelik köprü. Köprü, altındaki eski kaykay salonunun üstünden geçerek iki yapıyı birbirine bağlıyor; hem açık bir alt mekân bırakıyor hem de bölgenin endüstriyel geçmişine güçlü bir referans sunuyor.


Cephelerde kullanılan prefabrik beton paneller, renk ve doku çeşitliliğiyle her cepheye farklı bir karakter kazandırıyor. Derin pencere nişleri ve panoramik pencereler, hem iç mekânda ferahlık hem de kent manzarasıyla güçlü bir bağ sağlıyor.


Haasje Over, Strijp-S'in endüstriyel mirasını çağdaş yaşamla buluşturarak bölgenin dönüşümüne mimari bir simge kazandırıyor.

The transformation of Eindhoven's Strijp-S district is gaining momentum with the Haasje Over bridge


Designed by VMX Architects and completed in 2021, Haasje Over makes a powerful contribution to the transformation of the former Philips industrial site in Eindhoven's Strijp-S district.


The project's most striking feature is the steel bridge connecting the residential tower to the neighbouring Anton building. The bridge passes over the old skate park below, linking the two structures; it leaves an open space underneath and also makes a powerful reference to the area's industrial past.


The prefabricated concrete panels used on the facades give each one a distinct character through their variety of colours and textures. Deep window niches and panoramic windows provide both spaciousness inside and a strong connection to the cityscape.


Haasje Over brings Strijp-S's industrial heritage together with contemporary living, providing an architectural symbol for the area's transformation.
