Fazenda Bocaina projesi, Brezilya’da eğimli bir arazide yükseliyor

Fazenda Bocaina projesi ile Terra Nostra arazisindeki yapı araziyle bütünleşiyor. Yapı, 1530 metre rakımdaki eğimli arazide, mevcut doğal dokuyu kesintiye uğratmamak için zeminden hafifçe yükseliyor. Eğimli çayırdaki tek ağacın ve altındaki kayanın konumu, kütlenin yerleşimine yön veriyor ve yapıyı ince bir geçitle araziye bağlıyor. Yapı, yerel ahşap ve seramik karakterine referans verirken araziye minimum müdahaleyle mevcut kaya üzerinde konumlanıyor.

The Fazenda Bocaina project integrates the building with the Terra Nostra site. The structure rises lightly above the sloped terrain at an altitude of 1,530 meters to preserve the existing natural landscape. The position of the single tree and the rock beneath it on the hillside guides the placement of the volume and connects the building to the site via a narrow walkway. While referencing the local wood and ceramic architectural character, the building is situated on an existing rock with minimal intervention to the terrain.
