Museum Historische Oberamteistraße projesi, 14. yüzyıl Steinernes Haus’ın izlerini parametrik ahşap tasarımla yeniden kurguluyor
1972'de yıkılan Kule Ev'in (Oberamteistraße 34) ardından oluşan yapısal dengesizlik, yeni yapı önerisi ile gideriliyor. Yapı, bitişik ahşap karkas evleri statik olarak destekliyor. Yaklaşık 225 m²'lik alanda yükselen yeni strüktür, koruma altındaki orta çağ mahzeninin sınırları içinde glulam kirişler (yapıştırılmış lamine ahşap kiriş) ve CLT panellerle inşa ediliyor. Yarı saydam cam kiremitlerle kaplanan cephe, yerel Kara Orman göknarından üretilmiş ahşap taşıyıcı sistemi dışarıdan yalnızca bir siluet olarak gösteriyor. Hiperbolik paraboloid çatı geometrisi, alanın trapez planından türetilerek hesaplamalı araçlarla şekilleniyor. Müze, 2025'te yapısal birimlerin, 2028'de ise tüm tarihî yapı grubunun tamamlanmasıyla kentsel mirasın yeniden bütünleşmesini hedefliyor.

The Museum Historische Oberamteistraße project reinterprets the 14th-century Steinernes Haus through parametric timber design.
The structural imbalance created after the demolition of the Tower House (Oberamteistraße 34) in 1972 is addressed with the new building proposal. The structure provides static support to the adjacent timber-framed houses. Rising over an area of approximately 225 m², the new structure is built within the boundaries of the protected medieval cellar using glued laminated timber (glulam) beams and CLT panels. Clad with semi-transparent glass shingles, the façade allows the timber load-bearing system, made from locally sourced Black Forest fir trees, to be visible only as a silhouette from the outside. The hyperbolic paraboloid roof geometry is derived from the trapezoidal plan of the site and shaped using computational tools. The museum aims for the structural units to be completed by 2025, with the full renovation of the historic building ensemble finalized by 2028, facilitating the reintegration of the urban heritage.
