Paris’teki eski otopark, karma kullanımlı bir yapıya dönüştürülüyor

Les Batignolles'ın merkezinde La Fondation, eski bir otopark yapısını otel, restoran ve ofisleri bir araya getiren karma kullanımlı bir yapıya dönüştürüyor. Proje, mevcut binanın endüstriyel karakterini koruyarak sokak cephesini yeniden düzenliyor. Rue Legendre yönünde spa, kafe ve çatı restoranı içeren beş yıldızlı bir butik otel yer alırken, parselin iç kısmında Rue de Saussure'e açılan avluya bakan ofis alanları bulunuyor. Bu iki program, kültürel ve etkinlik kullanımlarına ayrılan merkezî bir alan etrafında örgütleniyor. Teraslar, açık alanlar ve bitkilendirilmiş avlularla desteklenen sosyal mekânlar, kullanıcı konforu ve yaşam kalitesine odaklanan bir kullanım sunuyor. Mevcut ham beton helisel rampa, yapının geçmişine referans vererek farklı işlevler arasında simgesel bir bağlantı kuruyor.

In the heart of Les Batignolles, La Fondation is transforming a former parking structure into a mixed-use complex combining a hotel, restaurants, and offices. The project reorganizes the street façade while preserving the industrial character of the existing building. On Rue Legendre, a five-star boutique hotel with a spa, café, and rooftop restaurant is located, while office spaces overlooking a courtyard opening onto Rue de Saussure occupy the inner part of the plot. These two programs are arranged around a central space dedicated to cultural and event uses. Terraces, open-air areas, and planted courtyards create social spaces focused on user comfort and quality of life. The existing raw-concrete helical ramp refers to the site's past and establishes a symbolic link between the different functions.
