Saigon Sokaklarının Değişken İklimine Yanıt Veren Modern Ev Tasarımı

Ani yağmurlu ve değişken iklim koşullarına sahip şehrin ihtiyaçlarına yanıt veren Timeless House projesi, Saigon'un küçük bir sokağında yer alıyor. Projede amaç doğaya ve sadeliğe dikkat çekerek enerjik ve açık bir yaşam alanı tasarlamak oluyor. Ev, açıkta bırakılmış beton çerçeve, sıvasız boyalı duvarlar ve cilalı beton zeminlerle tasarlanıyor. İç mekanda ahşap malzeme kullanılarak yapının “canlı" karakteri korunmuştur. Çift katmanlı cephe, batıdan gelen güneşin etkisini azaltırken dış katmanda desenli demir çerçeveler, iç katmanda ise yalıtım ve koruma sağlanıyor. Merdiven, ana dolaşım çekirdeği olmasının yanı sıra, oyuk basamaklarıyla dikey havalandırmayı destekliyor. Çatı katı ise sebze ve meyve ağaçlarıyla açık bir ortak alan sunuyor.

The Timeless House project, which responds to the needs of a city with sudden rain and variable climate conditions, is located on a small street in Saigon. The aim of the project is to design an energetic and open living space by drawing attention to nature and simplicity. The house is designed with exposed concrete frames, unplastered painted walls, and polished concrete floors. Wooden materials are used indoors to preserve the building's “living" character. The double-layered facade reduces the effect of the sun from the west, with patterned iron frames on the outer layer and insulation and protection on the inner layer. The staircase serves as the main circulation core and supports vertical ventilation with its hollow steps. The attic offers an open common area with vegetable and fruit trees.
