Shenzhen’in yoğun kent dokusunda gelişen yeni okul tasarımı modeli

Futian Lisesi Kampüsü, Shenzhen'in yoğun kent dokusu içinde kısıtlı arazi kullanımını optimize etmeye yönelik yeni bir eğitim yapısı modeli sunuyor. reMIX studio tarafından tasarlanan kompleks, yüksek yoğunluklu kentsel bağlamda sadece bir okul değil, sosyal ve kamusal işlevlerin iç içe geçtiği çok katmanlı bir mekânsal organizasyon olarak ele alınıyor. Paylaşımlı tesis kullanımı, eğitim yapısının çevresiyle kurduğu ilişkide geçirgenlik ve esneklik sağlıyor; bu da kampüsü kapalı bir eğitim alanı yerine, “şehir içinde şehir" niteliğinde bir kentsel prototipe dönüştürüyor.


120.774 m²'lik alana yayılan kampüs, kütlelerin düşeyde konumlandırılmasıyla hem alan verimliliğini artırıyor hem de farklı yaş gruplarına ait işlevleri mekânsal olarak ayrıştırıyor. Kentsel ölçekte yaşanan aşırı yoğunluk ve eğitim altyapısı ihtiyacına yanıt verme amacı, projede katmanlı sirkülasyon, kamusal açık alan kullanımı ve geçirgen zemin kurgusu gibi stratejilerle somutlaşıyor. Bu yaklaşımla, kampüs yalnızca bir eğitim yapısı olarak değil, kent yaşamıyla bütünleşen yeni nesil öğrenme çevresi olarak konumlanıyor.

A new school design model emerging in Shenzhen's dense urban fabric


Futian High School Campus presents a new educational structure model that optimizes limited land use within Shenzhen's dense urban fabric. Designed by reMIX studio, the complex is conceived not merely as a school within a high-density urban context, but as a multi-layered spatial organization where social and public functions are intertwined. Shared facility usage provides permeability and flexibility in the educational structure's relationship with its surroundings, transforming the campus from a closed educational area into an urban prototype with a “city within a city" quality.


Spanning an area of 120,774 m², the campus increases space efficiency through the vertical positioning of its masses while also spatially separating the functions belonging to different age groups. The aim of responding to the excessive density experienced at the urban scale and the need for educational infrastructure is realized in the project through strategies such as layered circulation, public open space usage, and permeable ground design. With this approach, the campus is positioned not only as an educational structure but also as a new generation learning environment integrated with urban life.
